Hi, I'm Denver Realtor, Megan Van Eldik. I sell Charming Colorado Properties at Camber Realty. This is my family and I with Denver's ever friendly Big Blue Bear, who lives at the Colorado Convention Center. When I'm not busy selling real estate, we love to enjoy city life, as well as spending as much time as we can playing in the mountains.

My goal is to make selling + buying Denver area homes as easy + enjoyable as possible for my clients.

A love for homes with character is what got me interested in real estate at a young age. I'm a 5th generation Coloradan. My family homesteaded here. I know this land in & out. Born and raised in University Park, South Denver. I focus my business on South Denver, Rosedale, Platt Park, University, Wash Park, Cory-Merrill, 80210, 80209 + Littleton 80120, 80123 and beyond. I've successfully closed deals all across town, as far north as Erie, Boulder County, as far east as Aurora 80013, as far south as Franktown, Douglas County acreage and many in the city and suburbs, scattered in between.

My background is in corporate media sales, which allowed me to hone my negotiation, business development and marketing skills, prior to becoming a Realtor. These skills have transitioned nicely into selling real estate. Not all real estate agents know Denver the way I do, since I've lived here most of my life and have Colorado roots. Many agents don't have sales or marketing experience before getting their license. If you want your property to sell, you need an expert in promotion, who also understands the economics of pricing a home properly. I keep a close eye on the Denver market, economic indicators and make a point to keep my clients + potential clients in the know, on a regular basis.

I'm a mom who's taken the time to thoroughly research local public and private schools for my family. I've been a parent in DPS, LPS, as well as Denver Academy and can help guide your home search while considering schools.
